Yes, as long as the selected rate allows it and you let us know in advance. Conditions may vary depending on the dates or length of stay.
For stays of less than a week, no deposit is required. For longer stays, we ask for a deposit depending on the type of booking.
Yes. If you’re staying for several weeks or visiting during the autumn or winter months, we’ll be happy to offer you a special rate.
Location & Surroundings
We’re in a quiet area of Ericeira, just a 3-minute drive from the town center and the beaches — an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Having a car is highly recommended if you’d like to explore the coast and nearby areas freely, though it’s not essential. We suggest it so our guests can make the most of all the beaches within the World Surfing Reserve.
Ericeira is also in a strategic location — only about 35 minutes from Sintra or Lisbon, and just over an hour from Óbidos, Peniche, or Nazaré, making it perfect for day trips.
Within a few minutes, you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and great spots for walking or surfing.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you need different times, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Yes. We offer a self check-in system, so you can arrive whenever it suits you best.
You’ll receive an access code or detailed instructions before your arrival — everything is set up so you can enter easily and without waiting.
Oliva Home Ericeira doesn’t have a reception, so it’s not possible to leave luggage before arrival.
It depends on the availability of the space. Please check with us at least 24 hours in advance so we can confirm if a late check-out is possible.
Accommodation & Services
Yes. All our spaces are independent and come with their own bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Room 1 has a great kitchenette.
Yes, we share a small garden and some outdoor areas, perfect for reading, having breakfast, or simply enjoying Ericeira’s fresh air.
Of course. Everything will be ready when you arrive.
Of course! We’ll leave one beach towel per person in your room. You’ll also find a selection of sunshades and umbrellas available at the entrance for you to use.
For long stays, after 7 nights , we offer weekly cleaning with a change of sheets and towels.
Yes, you’ll have fast and stable Wi-Fi in all spaces.
Yes. Each accommodation has heating. Since Ericeira doesn’t get very hot in the summer, the rooms are not equipped with air conditioning.
Yes, there is free street parking right by the property.
No, we don’t provide that service. However, Oliva Home Ericeira has a washer and dryer, and for €10 you’ll have access to the laundry room.
Yes, we have an outdoor area where you can safely leave all your sports equipment at no extra cost.

Yes, we have adapted prices and more flexible conditions.
For medium- and long-term stays, visitors are allowed with prior notice. To ensure a safe and pleasant environment, Oliva Home Ericeira reserves the right to deny access to anyone not included in the original booking.
